The work is about the conditions that make change possible, not the content of what to change.
Most people don't need another plan handed to them. They need a clear-headed conversation, the right questions, and someone in the room who's genuinely curious about where they're trying to go. That's the work. I facilitate it, you own it.
Two ideas sit underneath all of it. That lasting change comes from moving toward something you actually want, not away from what's broken. And that the best place to start is almost always what's already working.
